Return & Refund Policy

At Magic Pour, all sales are considered final once an order is placed and processed. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. Due to the hygienic nature of our product, which may come into contact with beverages, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a clear, valid, and verifiable issue with the item received.

No Returns After Use

Magic Pour cannot be returned if it has been opened, used, installed, removed from its original packaging, exposed to liquid, handled in a way that affects resale condition, or damaged after delivery. Once the product has been used or comes into contact with any beverage, it is not eligible for return under any circumstance.

Return Requests Are Limited

Return requests will only be reviewed for the following reasons:

• The item arrived damaged

• The item arrived defective

• The wrong item was received

• The order was missing an item

Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, failure to read the product description, dislike of the product, minor packaging differences, shipping delays, bottle compatibility issues, or personal preference are not valid reasons for return or refund.

Photo Evidence Required

To request a review, customers must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. The customer must provide clear, well-lit photos showing:

• The product received

• The full packaging

• The shipping label

• The claimed damage or defect

• All items included in the package

Photos must be clear, complete, and submitted within the required timeframe. Blurry, cropped, incomplete, unclear, or late photos may result in automatic denial of the request.

Approval Is Not Guaranteed

Submitting a return or refund request does not guarantee approval. Magic Pour reserves the right to review each claim and determine whether the issue qualifies for a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or denial.

We may request additional photos, videos, order details, or other supporting information before making a decision. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not send any item back without written approval from Magic Pour. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender without refund.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our part. Original shipping costs, handling fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.

Final Decision

Magic Pour reserves the right to deny any refund or return request that does not meet this policy. False claims, excessive refund requests, chargeback abuse, or attempts to obtain free products through dishonest claims may result in denial of future orders.
